Kimberly Stilwell, White City Schools kindergarten teacher, was among the honorees for Teacher of the Year at the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce annual awards program. The winners for the 2008 Scholastic Arts show were announced January 29th. This is an annual show that includes the eastern one-half of Kansas (70 countries) for fine arts.
